Terms of Use – Yaniv Game

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Service

Yaniv Game is a mobile card game that allows users to:

• Play locally (offline)
• Play online with other users
• Play against computer-controlled opponents (bots)
• Earn and use virtual currency (coins)
• Watch advertisements for in-game rewards
• Make in-app purchases and subscribe to premium features

Some features require account registration.

3. Account Registration

You may use the App without creating an account.

However, certain features (such as online gameplay and purchases) require registration.

3.1 Phone Authentication

Accounts are created using a phone number and a one-time password (OTP) sent via WhatsApp.

3.2 Facebook Login (Optional)

You may optionally connect your Facebook account for profile and social features.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Virtual Currency

The App includes virtual currency ("Coins") that can be:

• Earned through gameplay
• Earned by watching advertisements
• Purchased through in-app purchases

Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual currency at any time.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers optional purchases and subscriptions (e.g., VIP, XP Boost).

• Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• All purchases are subject to the platform's billing terms
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account

We are not responsible for billing issues handled by Apple or Google.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the App
• Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to gain unfair advantage
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Advertisements

The App includes advertisements, including rewarded ads.

By using the App, you agree to the display of advertisements.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

You may delete your account at any time through the App.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to:

• Game design
• Graphics
• Code
• Logos and assets

are the property of RN Digital and are protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or reuse them without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RN Digital shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, progress, or virtual currency
• Issues caused by third-party services (e.g., ads, payments)

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
